As part of the benefits available under our collective bargaining agreement, PAGE members may request reimbursement for qualifying educational expenses.

To begin the process:

  1. Download the Tuition Reimbursement Request Form

  2. Complete all required fields

  3. Attach supporting documentation (receipts, transcripts, course verification)

  4. Submit the packet to the designated department or union contact
