The Pueblo Police Department is negotiating for a minimum 7% increase. While these discussions are ongoing, our union is committed to addressing disparities and ensuring that all public service employees receive the wages they deserve.

Strong Representation in City Affairs:

We believe in the power of a collective voice. Whether it’s advocating during budget meetings or standing up for members during disciplinary hearings, PAGE is at the forefront. Our cooperation with the City has led to positive outcomes in “fact-finding” hearings, grievance filings, and demands for arbitration. We’re planning officer training, treasurer training, and steward training to ensure that our members are well-equipped to handle any challenge.
