Our dedicated team of union officers works tirelessly to represent your interests, uphold your rights, and strengthen our collective voice. Each officer brings a wealth of experience, commitment, and passion to their role, ensuring that PAGE remains a powerful advocate for all members.

Union President: Leading our union with vision and determination, the President oversees all union activities, represents our interests in negotiations, and ensures that our collective voice is heard.
Alice Grimm - Community Services
Executive Vice President: The Executive Vice President supports the president in leading the organization, oversees key operations and initiatives, and acts as a liaison between leadership and members to ensure the union's goals are met effectively.
Clyde Bishop - City Clerk
Vice President at Large: Supporting the President and stepping in when needed, the Vice Presidents play a key role in strategic planning, member engagement, and union governance.
Craig Caffey - Real Time Crime Center

Katherine Johnson - Probation Officer
Secretary: Keeping our union organized and informed, the Secretary handles all communications, records meeting minutes, and manages essential documentation.
Alexis Romero Stewart - Housing
Chief Steward: Our Stewards are your first point of contact, providing on-the-ground support, representing members in disputes, and ensuring that everyone’s rights are protected.

Trustees: A union trustee oversees the financial and operational integrity of the union by auditing records, ensuring compliance with bylaws, and safeguarding member resources.

DUTIES OF OFFICERS
The President Shall.
A. Preside at all meetings of the association and of the Executive Board.
B. Countersign all checks drawn against funds of the association.
C. Appoint all standing and special committees.
D. Report periodically to the membership regarding the progress and standing of the association and any action he may take as representative of the association.
E. Cause any and all resolutions to be promptly and properly executed.
The Executive Vice President Shall:
A. Assist the President in the work of his office.
B. In the absence of the President. preside at all meetings and perform all duties otherwise performed by the President.
The Vice President Shall:
A. Serve as a member of the executive board.
B. Represent the employees in their respective departments.
The Secretary Shall:
A. Record and maintain minutes of all membership and Executive Board meetings.
B. Conduct the official correspondence of the association.
C. Maintain an up-to-date list of all members in good standing.
D. Keep and file all correspondence relating to the association for reference.
E. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Board.
F. Appoint assistant secretaries as necessary to assist in performing the duties outlined above.
The Treasurer Shall:
A. Receive and receipt for all monies of the association.
B. See that all monies are deposited in the proper accounts, maintaining a record thereof.
C. Prepare and sign checks for such purposes as are authorized by the membership or the executive board.
D. Keep an accurate record of receipts and disbursements and shall, once each month, submit to the membership an operating statement of the financial transactions of the association for the previous month.
E. Act as custodian of all properties of the association.
F. See that all required financial reports and tax returns are prepared and distributed.
